At SneakExpress, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help make it right.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@sneakexpress.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please check with your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.


Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged, we will gladly replace it. Contact us at support@sneakexpress.com with a photo of the item and your order details.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Opened or used supplements
• Gift cards
• Promotional or free items


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
